Not for 11+ speed chains. The instructions in the list are incorrect

Reputable chain and tool manufacturers recommend replacing the chain when you see 0.75% wear on 10 gears or less, 0.5% on 11+ gears and 1, 0% in one gear. The listing says it runs at 11-12 speeds and other speeds, but it doesn't. Furthermore, it looks like a decent quality product.
