Review on Compact Design Mini Waffle Maker - Perfect For Breakfast, Desserts & More! by Jaya Walsh

First, when the title says mini, it means mini. You can see from one of the photos how large the unit is compared to my hand (I do not have a large hand and that is not an optical illusion). The unit is not quite heavy enough to stay closed and as you can see one side will cook a little more than the other. I found it best to flip the entire waffle about half way though the cooking process for the best even cooking. My unit took a little longer than the directions said for cooking time and having to cook 2 waffles to make a small breakfast means it will take a minute before you eat. If you have a family of 4 you would need multiple of these in order for everyone to eat together and the waffles to be warm. If you are one person and like waffles it will still take multiple rounds to make breakfast. Overall I feel this has a very limited application. You aren't in a hurry and you aren't very hungry. Thankfully it wasn't expensive so I did not feel like I paid too much for the unit.
