Review on Plantronics Blackwire C3220 Headset Over Accessories & Supplies by Sean Xayamonty

I thought I could use this on a phone with USB-C and no 3.5mm jack. I used a pair of old Sennheiser headphones with built in controls that worked fine, but I hated using a dongle so I figured I'd buy this Plantronics headset so I wouldn't have to use a dongle. It did not work. I can listen to music normally and the mic works fine, but the huge built in controller won't play/pause the music and won't answer or hang up. The cord is also too long to use. Telephone headset - up to 6 feet long. Huge inline controls sit just above my pocket when my phone is in it. To return. I'm assuming it's only for laptops and computers. I would rate it 3 stars as it should be mentioned that it is for computers not phones. But I'm rating it 5 stars to compensate the person who, despite not knowing what USB-C is, bought a USB-C headset and got a USB-C headset and then rated it 1 star , because it was USB-C.
