I have to say this is the best dual monitor USB 3.0 docking station I have found and I have tested many of them. It's a good price, reliable and works well. with every brand and type of PC I've tried (there have been six different brands/models of Windows 10 laptops so far), including two different Microsoft SurfaceBook models and various HP and Dell models. I've bought six of these so far (between home and work needs) for myself, my family members and the folks in my office and it's been great every time. Remember to download the updated DisplayLink software from the website and update the DisplayLink software when new versions are released. It has nothing to do with this product, it's just that patches and updates from Microsoft have broken products with DisplayLink chips in the past.
