The case came with the outer case, a screen protector x2, a screen cleaning set (alcohol, dust remover, and guide stickers) x2 and a cover sticker for the back camera of the iPhone 14 x2, and also a microfiber cleaning cloth. It also came with cute stickers they included for fun and an instruction guide, but to put on you might want to look at their online instructions or video if you’re confused easily or never have put on a screen protector. The color is really nice, I got clear so you can see the color of the phone.The cleaning of the screen was straight forward, as well as the direction of you putting it on, but I didn’t know how to use the guide stickers at all yet was still able to put the screen protector on, it did take me a second try but it didn’t have anything to do with the protector itself just me! The outside case was very easy to put on and take off (I got cat hair under mine) and so was the glass cover. Since I put it on, I’ve dropped my phone once face down on my driveway from my car and there was no damage to the case, phone or screen at all. Sound is not affected either as it’s still plenty loud and the case or screen protector or camera cover doesn’t get in the way or anything or make the photos weird. It’s like nothing is there and you feel safer. Good case if you want something to protect your phone that looks pretty simple!
