I purchased two of these and both came with one punctured screen.

I purchased two of these packages for each of my kids and both came with one punctured screen so I was only able to use the other in each pack. Aside from that the rest of the product was as described.

Easy to set up and comes with extras in case you need them.

The case came with the outer case, a screen protector x2, a screen cleaning set (alcohol, dust remover, and guide stickers) x2 and a cover sticker for the back camera of the iPhone 14 x2, and also a microfiber cleaning cloth. It also came with cute stickers they included for fun and an instruction guide, but to put on you might want to look at their online instructions or video if you’re confused easily or never have put on a screen protector. Camera lense protector breaks easily

When I first received and put this on my phone I was very happy. All of the parts went on easily and as shown on the video. I have to say that the weak part of this package trio is definitely the camera lense protector. I am very easy on my phones, never even came close to cracking a screen, and this lense protector lasted 2 weeks in my purse before breaking. They are very thin plastic. I’ve now had to purchase just the lense protector from another manufacturer. Keeping my fingers crossed that…
