I like that it has all of my customers in one database so everything we do is at our fingertips! We can print out reports, access historical information, create email campaigns, etc. The price point for this product was reasonable, especially considering how much you get for your money. The staff were not as responsive or helpful with questions when compared to other products which made me feel less valued as an employee there. The only feature so far that i dislike is their lack of training; they could be doing more videos and/or seminars to ensure people are getting what they need from the program. Their support system is better than many companies (which is really saying something). It would help if things were clearer - sometimes it takes multiple tries before some people understand certain features. Great customer service - always willing to walk someone through anything they don't fully understand. You'll find the platform easy to utilize once you're familiarized with its interface, but having excellent customer support can make all the difference between using a service daily versus never The best part is that it is user friendly and you can learn it in minutes. The interface is simple and easy to use. It is easy to use and the features are very good. It is very easy to use and understand. It saves a lot of time and effort. I have not found any problem with it. I am using it for scheduling my work. I am able to schedule my work and I am able to manage my time effectively. I am able to see my schedule clearly and I am able to plan my day effectively.
