I bought this unit because it was a good price for 12000 British Thermal Units. It's pretty heavy, but I put it in the window and turned it on myself and it works great. Very cold and instantly cools the room down. The remote control works and is very useful. My unit had no dents or damage and it arrived as planned. I am very happy with my choice and would recommend this conditioner to anyone considering a purchase. I compared a lot, read a lot of reviews and made the right choice.
