I don't know why it's so hard to find a headlight bulb but I finally found this one. It is used to highlight the corner fireplace of our living room. The light is placed high up on the wall where its light illuminates a small area very well but doesn't hit your face from anywhere in the room. A number of reviews suggest this is a very short life lamp but as there are few other options and we have a dimmer so it's never used at full brightness I'm betting on low power consumption. last longer. The time will show. This lamp has a "warm" color (2700K) and does exactly what we wanted.
