Philips 419564 Halogen PAR30L Equivalent Review

We have 4 heaters in our kitchen and couldn't find a replacement quickly. Found and bought 1 to try. It's a halogen bulb, about 4000 colors and it's a great replacement for old stains, think ceiling lights in jewelry stores that really make the diamonds sparkle. I don't know why it's so hard to find a headlight bulb but I finally found this one. It is used to highlight the corner fireplace of our living room. The light is placed high up on the wall where its light illuminates a small area very well but doesn't hit your face from anywhere in the room. I ordered these bulbs on the 8th January as a backup replacement but have not had to use any of them as of the 16th February. When I screwed in the first one it didn't work so I tried the second one and it didn't work either, then I screwed in the last of the 3 and it didn't work.
