I'm US women's size 6/8 and I have a Small-Medium. I love the material. It is buttery soft and very stretchy and comfortable to wear. The material moves with you and your legs don't slide up too much. I bought them as shorts to wear under dresses, but they are so high waisted (up to the ribs) that if I don't tuck the belt in, it puckers around my waist and shows through the dress, and when I fold it over, a double layer, the fabric will still show through my clothes. I also don't like the seam going through the crotch, but that's a personal preference. Without that seam I would have worn them as regular shorts. They are very comfortable and if the seam doesn't bother you, I would recommend buying them.
