I bought this platform about 6 months ago and will report back. I have two playful budgies and they just LOVE hanging around here. I have a large flight cage, I'm 5ft tall so she's a bit taller than me. It was simply installed in one of the corners of the cage, no problem. It was maybe a week or so before they went there to check it out. But now they love to sit there and chat with each other. I'll also pin a sprig of parsley or some broccoli to the side to get her attention. They're just lounging on the platform, eating and gossiping like they're at the office water dispenser, LOL. And I also think it's easy to clean - I just use these birdcage wipes to wipe it down (because yeah, they poop on it). But for me it was a great purchase. My boys are happy, so I'm happy. :)
