Terrible product. Sharpening knives is a precise thing. Can't work if the item is all bent and different size. Each rod was curved. Trying to straighten them is a nightmare, no need to straighten them. Install EXACTLY as instructed. On one side the stone was in perfect contact with the knife, on the other side the stone deviated about 1/8 inch from the blade at the angle I wanted. If I build it wrong, how will one side be ok and the other side be ok? It's deformed or something. The two clamping pieces have two different sizes, as you can see in the picture. When I finally got it to (sort of) work, the rock scratched the longer edge of the clip on one side. 100% absolutely not recommended. Cheap junk that will ruin your knife. Knocked out my $180 benchmark. Many Thanks
