I ordered these for my upcoming trips. The amount of sodium and potassium is higher than in most other drink mixes. The taste is pretty good when I mix it with a liter of water. 3 stars because of the consistency. It's not like a person pours into their own container. It's very lumpy. You can't put it in a smart water bottle with some kind of funnel. And then you have to pour water over it to make it sink. Aside from having to carry something extra if you use them on a hike, they're great. If they improved the consistency I would probably order more of these. Until then I'll do something else.
