Review on CUT50DP Voltage Cutting Machine Thickness: Enhance Precision and Efficiency by Bill Tripi

Received from Revain in an open box. Can't say it was an open box, it looked perfect. Assembly was easy although the instructions were terrible. Started in 30 minutes. All air connections were leaking, I used some of my own clamps and lots of tape to seal the threads, no problem. The electrode and tip that came with the gun interfered with its spark... I replaced it with one of the extra ones sent with the device - the spark ignited instantly. Started up to a maximum of 220V. I tested it on a 3/8" steel bar and it cut through very easily... To be honest I was very surprised. I haven't tried thicker, but I really don't use anything thicker than this. I haven't tried aluminum yet. I don't know how long this will take... but I'm pleasantly surprised at how well this idea works. The pilot arc is good - no bare metal required, just pull the trigger and start cutting.
