This was my 5th purchase of different aquarium heaters, looking for one that actually worked. With any other heater, I've had temperature swings from day to night. This is the first heater that maintains a stable temperature in the aquarium. And the included temperature sensor is really accurate. I have a scientific Hannah temperature sensor, not a hobby thermometer. So I know exactly what the temperature is. And it tells me that the heater's built-in thermometer is within 0.8+ or - of the Hanna sensor. That's enough for me. What I don't know is how good it will be if I only drink it for a week. But so far all signs are looking good.
