I bought this laptop last month and I love this laptop, the only thing is that the battery ran out quickly! I average maybe 3-4 hours with regular use. SO. I sent it back on August 11th. Here it is on August 22nd and I still haven't received a refund. I have emailed them several times. but received no reply. I'm hoping they fix this because I know they received the laptop with a UPS tracking number so I'll see if I get my return by the end of this week. I wonder what they do? Do they have a warehouse full of returns or something? It shouldn't take long.
