So far, so good. Replaced this on my 2003 Civic EX coupe (I've heard the '04 and '05 use a different sensor) on the exhaust manifold (upstream). I didn't have a check engine light or anything, but I replaced it more as preventive maintenance. Also, the sensor on the catalytic converter was replaced with a Denso (different part number). I try to keep my car clean and drive like new, that certainly helps. My only concern is that it didn't have rubber inserts to keep the wires in place and stable like my OEM did. The one with the car was an NTK, but that's okay. I simply cut out the rubber inserts and transferred them to the Denso. Also, the wires are about 2 inches longer than the stock NTKs I replaced.
