I am a restless person and a mother of two wonderful children, 13 and 10 years old. As if feeling guilty about parental mistakes wasn't enough, I now feel guilty for passing my fear on to my children. I plan to use it before boarding a plane (my daughter is terrified) and on days when the benefit seems to outweigh her ability to control it. I am grateful for a natural alternative to dealing with anxiety. Combined with daily relaxation exercises, this has definitely helped my children live more peaceful and happier lives.
