Nice shiny shovel with signs of wear and stains. I hand wash and dry this ice cream scoop thoroughly, but now it has holes and stains. Unfortunately I left it in the water overnight so it is now damaged > see photos. WARNING: Never wash the scoop in the dishwasher or leave the scoop in standing water overnight. Zeroll is a reputable company so I called Zeroll, they listened to my complaint and were happy to offer to replace the shovel even though it was my fault for leaving the shovel in the water. I can recommend the shovel and would buy it again. Be careful when cleaning, drying and storing the shovel.
