Nice shiny shovel with signs of wear and stains. I hand wash and dry this ice cream scoop thoroughly, but now it has holes and stains. Look, it's just an ice cream scoop, isn't it? Well yeah, but I hope it's the last thing I'll ever need. Perfect weight, perfect size, great scoop shape and finish to make even the toughest frozen desserts easy to work with. The shovel seems to cut through the ice easily and release it just as easily.
