Look, it's just an ice cream scoop, isn't it? Well yeah, but I hope it's the last thing I'll ever need. Perfect weight, perfect size, great scoop shape and finish to make even the toughest frozen desserts easy to work with. The shovel seems to cut through the ice easily and release it just as easily. One downside is that it needs to be hand washed, which is to be expected given the design. Luckily this is very easy and I'm glad to make this small sacrifice for such a great tool. The only other fault I can find is that it's expensive. But then again, I think the sheer perfection of the shovel for its intended use makes it worth it.
