For anyone searching for industrial and scientific machinery, food service equipment, and restaurant appliances, the KOUWO online store is a nightmare. I recently attempted to buy something from their website, and I can state with certainty that the entire process was frustrating. Finding what you're searching for on their website is next to impossible due to its clumsiness and confusion. Even when you do discover a product that appears promising, it can be difficult to understand what you're actually getting because the descriptions are so complicated and technical. If you do manage to buy something, don't anticipate it to come right away. The items I got were completely different from what I had anticipated, and their shipping is slow and unreliable. When I tried to call customer service for assistance, I was met with unhelpful, unresponsive staff who didn't seem to care about fixing my problem. Overall, I am unable to endorse KOUWO's online shop. Their products are of poor quality, their website is a complete mess, and they offer no customer support. Avoid the hassle by shopping somewhere else.
