The best I've tried. Doesn't look like sand/sugar crystals. It's more like powdered sugar and blends better. Update 08/31/18: I have to add something that caught my eye. The measuring spoon is too small to give 5 full grams of product at a time. I've taken a few measurements and only when I actually pack a scoop (also rounded) I get 5 grams. This will be a problem for most people who only scoop and consume a little into a level spoon. So be aware of that. I'm deducting a star for that moment alone. Otherwise it's a great product and I would buy it again. I really have to wonder if the serving count will stay at 200 given this new information. Update January 21, 2019: I bought a new jar and the spoon it came with is even smaller than the long stemmed purple one that came with my first jar. . When I measured the scoop (zero the empty scoop first) the product weighed 2 grams. I now use a 10ml scoop and fill it about 3/4 full to get a solid 5 grams.
