They work well enough.
I haven't had any trouble crimping caps, but I do have a good crimping tool that's only good for crimping. They don't get crimped that easily with my standard crimp lug wire stripper. The caps hold up quite well and the wire gauges covered by these connectors are very suitable for automotive wiring.
