Beware. KB does not answer calls or emails and will not assist you with warranty issues. In less than a year, my faucet broke twice. The first person I spoke to explained that Revain has no guarantees. Not true, and fixed the first time, but in the status of"Mercy". They acted like it was a great mercy to fulfill warranty cases. stuck now.
