I ordered these two months after trying several ankle braces after a severe ankle sprain a year ago. Other ankle wraps have provided good support but I like this one. This allows for much more mobility in the right directions (front to back) and less mobility in bad directions (side to side). Other struts came loose after a few minutes of running and cutting, but this one didn't come loose. As a recreational athlete, I only wear the band under my brace during games for safety reasons, but for regular runs I wear the bandage separately. I haven't had time to comment on the durability of the brace, but mine hasn't broken yet. So far, so good! I would definitely order it again if it broke.
