Review on 12' X 12' X 12' Beige Sun Shade Sail Canopy With Commercial Grade Hardware Kits - For Patio, Garden, Outdoor Facility And Activities By Windscreen4Less. by Arunprasath Elliott

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great value for a shade Canopy.

5 stars for value, this worked for a shade for our Koi and plants. Lets the rain through, shades our Koi and "so far" has ridden through several Midwestern storms with no issues. The supplied rope is too short to be of any value so throw it away and you can buy all the hardware necessary to anchor it down at the local hardware store. Each installation is going to vary in its requirements anyway so you might as well figure out exactly what you need and get it locally after you get the Canopy.Things to think about.- type and length of rope, stay away from stretchable rope like cotton.- best anchor type for the surface your connecting to- how high off the ground do you need to not be in the way (higher is better)- do you need to construct anchor points, e.g. do I need to put down a posts in the ground or can I build off something else. In my picture I was able to extend a corner fence post for a connection point after laying it out.- Maintenance, you will need to occasionally tighten the ropes or store for winter, how easy is this done? (FYI - mine has been up for two months now and have not had to adjust)Even though we had the dimensions prior to ordering it seemed to work out better to lay it out to see where the connections points should go to best keep the canopy taunt. We actually changed our mind after we could see it in place moved it around to find the best angle, height and where to connect.16 foot does not seem as large and imagined, should have gone with the 18 footer, but that's my fault.I like it and recommend it.
