I hope I don't have to type too many of these words, the distiller does exactly what it's supposed to do! AND THEN! He died six months later! I contacted the seller and received 2 prompt replies. Not wanting to send it back and wait for it to be fixed since we use it every day, I opened it up to take a look. After working in the electronic services industry for 37 years, I found that the fuse assembly was open. There is a nifty DC power supply inside for the power clamp function to work, I was impressed! BUT, the fuse box is actually two 10A fuses in parallel, which would take 20A to open the circuit, which is not good! Since the wiring looks like 16 gauge, that would be a maximum of 10 amps. So I removed it and then used a junction box with a 15 amp circuit. Overall the burner is a quality product, well, crazy!
