The pressure gauge must be adjusted before use.
I returned the first gauge thinking it was broken, the gauge was rejected 6 points. Of course I read the instructions after the second gauge was brought and it was the same - my fault. The gauges were off by 6 points or so. Zeroing the meter isn't difficult, but there aren't any clear instructions, it just says it must be done. I've used the gauge a few times (to check my vacuum lines) and it seems to be working fine.
