I put it together and used the pump pads to open the door wide enough to crawl through. As soon as I tried to lift the latch, it rotated with little to no pressure. It also wouldn't fit snugly enough if it wasn't bent. So I took it out, taped the threads and taped the outside to see if it would hold. I also bent the center piece at a 45 degree angle so it would reach the lock. Needless to say it just wasn't strong enough and broke again after a few minutes. Called AAA and they basically gave the same thing but in a stronger format. I asked the guy if I could try it and it unlocked in less than a minute. Don't buy that and buy a professional model. I can't even get it back as I've been trying to change it.
