The most valuable thing is that they are very friendly people to work with! I have worked in many different call centers over my career but working for this organization has been one of them all because everyone here cares about their employees' well being as much or even more than themselves!! Their staff truly makes me feel like family when we talk during our breaks together outside hours at lunch time etc - it's nice knowing you're not alone out there sometimes :) Also having an internal whistleblower program helps keep management up-to date regarding any issues going down within your business so no need be afraid if something happens internally.
