Excellent company to work for! Very Friendly and Caring

The most valuable thing is that they are very friendly people to work with! I have worked in many different call centers over my career but working for this organization has been one of them all because everyone here cares about their employees' well being as much or even more than themselves!! Their staff truly makes me feel like family when we talk during our breaks together outside hours at lunch time etc - it's nice knowing you're not alone out there sometimes :) Also having an internal…

Great Platform For Internal Communications

I love that it is easy to navigate through all of my options for contacting you. It's also great how they offer different ways to get in touch with them via social media as well! They were very quick at responding when we had questions about our account setup process or using their platform. The only thing I really disliked was having multiple accounts set up under one user but if there are more people working together then this can be useful so not much dislike here from me other than maybe…
