Very dissatisfied with this product. A few months after installing this hard drive, my computer stopped recognizing it and now it's a useless black box. I intend to call but would also like to point out that customer service hours are limited, particularly on the west coast. Overall very disappointed, should have stopped buying Passport discs. Note. I don't have a Yosemite, but why would I buy an external drive that's preventing me from updating my OS? systems. If you intend to continue using your GT062E, ForteRAID, or PG62 with Glyph Manager, we recommend that you do not upgrade your operating system to Yosemite.
