Glyph is the best, most reliable, with the best customer service, and it's everything I need to store videos and photos on the go. I would buy 100 of these. Brilliant. Make no mistake with Glyph. If something goes wrong with your Glyph, they are the best company to solve your problems and get you sorted.

Received this drive and it didn't work. I had to send it back the next day after payment was received. It was the emergency power I needed. Now I have to wait for the glyph to send me a new one.

Glyph is a great piece of hardware. I took this thing on a two week open hull cruise on the Erie Canal, powered by my marine battery to secure DSLRs, laptops and GoPros even in wet wind and rain and it worked. better than LaCies and other crap I've used in the cleanest conditions. Brand loyalty may be less important to me, but I couldn't care more about trusting a well-made device when it's protecting 500GB of irreplaceable data. That is amazing.

Very dissatisfied with this product. A few months after installing this hard drive, my computer stopped recognizing it and now it's a useless black box. I intend to call but would also like to point out that customer service hours are limited, particularly on the west coast. Overall very disappointed, should have stopped buying Passport discs. Note.
