Disappointed but funny
Grandpa and 7.5-year-old grandson were upset at first and wanted to hit with a hammer, but I prevailed and did not allow. It was really sweet to see my grandson secretly "sneaking" and trying again several times over the course of several hours. In the end they both opened up together and were so excited. I told them that good things come to those who wait or endure. It was fun and at the same time a great experience for a 78 year old and a 71/2 year old. Be sure to let the recipient know that patience may be required.
