Follow the instructions carefully and craft some experimental pieces. On my first attempts there were gold spots that needed to be erased. I also found that it took a lot of tugging to get the unit off the heating element and that the project shifted when I did. I learned how to glue a plate and a box together and put a shimmer in between when it's done. I also remove the device from the heating element before placing the spacer plates on top to ensure everything stays in place before running it through the rollers. There are many good videos that can help, but once you get the hang of it, the results are worth it!
