Transcription services with excellent customer service!
The best thing about this service was it did exactly what I needed! When you have an issue or need additional information, they are always there for me!! And their customer support team never fails at being polite! Nothing really because everything works well as expected but maybe having more options like online chat would be nice? Definitely try them out if your looking into outsourcing services! They helped my business tremendously by providing quality transcribing services without hiring another person within the office which saved money!

- This is one place that gets results fast while keeping things professional in terms of communication with clients/customers when issues arise during projects (which honestly aren't often)The staff here seems to go above & beyond expectations making sure all customers get good value from using TOM's transcription division
