I was very excited to get this wig after reading all the reviews. I received the wig and this part is very difficult and I can't put the wig in any direction other than the part it comes with. But that's not the worst. I can't get the wig to sit flat on my head. The inner cap of the wig does not sit flat on my head. I have a normal sized head and have never had this problem. It's pooling just behind my forehead on both sides and it looks awful. I've tried trimming the tip to fit the other side of my head and there's nothing I can do to make it sit flat on my head. I don't mean that the hair is sticking out from under my wig cap, I mean that the real wig cap that is attached to the wig comes off and creates a huge bump on either side of my head. I can't wear this wig at all unless I have a huge thick winter hat over it to hide anything that touches the top of the hat. very upset
