Review on Geryon Vacuum Sealer: Automatic Food Sealer Machine for Sous Vide & Food Savers - Includes Starter Bags & Roll, Black by Tom Lawson

I've only had a chance to use this vacuum sealer a few times but I'll update my review if anything changes. I like the simplicity of the device. This is my first unit of this type so I have no basis for comparison, but I can't imagine storing leftover food or separating food from the grocery store for storage would be any easier. I bought this to save myself the hassle of throwing out expired food I'm cooking on my new pellet grill. That way I can just let it cool, vacuum seal the leftovers, and toss them in the freezer for later use without worrying about freezer burning. So far, so good!
