Arnica is said to be good for when you get injured and trying to avoid bruising. Here we have Arnica Oil, a clear, almost odorless oil packaged in an amber glass bottle that has a three-year shelf life after opening. The problem with this product is its labeling - is it an essential oil or a carrier oil? The product's name suggests it's an essential oil, and the directions on the side of the bottle suggest it's a carrier oil. We haven't noticed any side effects from applying it directly to the skin, but of course your own experience may vary. The product is made in India.
