I bought this as an alternative to expensive alternatives (Fairtex etc) mainly to save on bits but still get some work done at home. This idea is pretty big so far. I would avoid low kicks. You can really feel the low kick so it depends on your skill level/body type and the partner holding it for you (I'm 6ft 2210lbs and my mate is 5ft 10200lbs) but other than that it really absorbs it Impact and is a good target to hit. Basically my buddy keeps it or attaches it to a tree for fun since my gym is closed (coronavirus). This pad is really strong, especially for the price. The handles are also sewn fairly well and showed no signs of wear after using this item for so many times.
