GoSports 24" x 16" Blocking Cushion is a great cushion for my basketball team. I use it to teach guys how to get past a screen or defender. It is well padded so kids can hit it well and feel nothing. The grips for my hands are well placed. I can position the cushion for maximum protection. The material is not leather, but very good. size just right. Maybe a little big for basketball, but it does the job well. Highly recommended to all coaches or assistant coaches. You will not be disappointed.

This bag was perfect for me and the hubs to keep up with our kickboxing. It's certainly not the same, but we do 10 minutes each and try to work out all the punches and kicks with each other. I bought this as an alternative to expensive alternatives (Fairtex etc) mainly to save on bits but still get some work done at home. This idea is pretty big so far. I would avoid low kicks.
