This bag was perfect for me and the hubs to keep up with our kickboxing. It's certainly not the same, but we do 10 minutes each and try to work out all the punches and kicks with each other. It's been great especially being locked down all day, working from home and self isolating apart from the very occasional runs to the grocery market. We're pretty much trapped like rats with nowhere to go, just like everyone else. Walking is great, but we really wanted to get a good workout and it worked. We really would like a real bag, but we didn't want it to sit in the garage and take up space where we can park the car. Also, these deals are light and easy.
