I give this product one star for the following reasons.1, Poor quality2, Poor customer service.3. high price, when opening the box one of the rubber feet fell off. I couldn't screw it back in because the hole was loose. When I opened it, there was a lot of fat on it. As you can see from the photos. The cone, orange peel and top cup stick together and separate from the funnel when I squeeze juice from a medium orange or small fruit. It is very annoying, inefficient and even dangerous to try to separate the bud from the skin. So I called the manufacturer and tried replacing the cone and funnel. The lady I spoke to on the phone must have been having a really bad day because I don't think she even wanted to speak to me. So hung up and exchanged at Amazon. I also agree with other reviews that when juicing you need to press down on the juicer with one hand and steady it with the other hand to keep it from tipping over.
