Brought the first pair in exchange due to static buzzing in left earcup and buttons not working and spontaneous power on. The spare pair had exactly the same problems. Have contacted the company. What a problem. I seemed to think I was lying. They asked for a video... Noise in the headphones... They sent replacements but only the headphones - no box, no charging case. Noise is still present in the third left earbud. Three couples with the same problems... I don't think it's a coincidence and I don't get anything from this invention as I can't return or replace it a fourth time.
