Easy to use as I have never been trained in this technology,it's user friendly! It meets my needs as it enables me with easy access to all of our case files at one place!! Nothing that we dislike about formceptor so far but rather find everything amazing just like other reviews stated! This tool has help us improve efficiency by maintaining customer records and making sure they are up-to date.It also helps manage work related documents such as quotes & invoices sent out/received which ensures proper record keeping / management. I like that this software can be used to analyze different types of files, including Excel spreadsheets, PDF forms, Word documents, HTML pages, etc. The interface could use some improvement but it's not too bad. This has been very useful in my job as an HR assistant/recruiter. It allows me to quickly pull information from many sources into one place so I don't have to keep switching back and forth between applications when looking at employment details.
