I've tried all of their toothpastes. This toothpaste is best for overnight results that are visible quickly. It smoothes rough, damaged teeth overnight/and the longer you use it, the better the results. Tip: If your teeth are really uneven, lightly massage the tooth surface with your finger and forget about the brush, as the brush can also damage the enamel. on top of this APADENT Total Care Paste. I know most people want to get rid of fluoride, but Gel-Kam actually gets the paste even deeper under the tooth surface! Works best at night! Note: Strengthen your teeth and bones, drink a cup of bamboo leaf tea daily.
