I've never heard of turkey mushrooms and definitely never heard of the health benefits of their extract. Also, the pod can probably be wrapped in a hunk of meat or a strip of bacon, and soon it's "in the hatch". Perhaps a less picky cat or a cat with different tastes than our Jake would have accepted it without hesitation. But it didn't help us. So why five stars? This is because of the potential benefits of this supplement. The best time to treat a pet's illness is before they become ill. So, educate yourself on the benefits of turkey tail, and if you think it could be a potential benefit for your beloved pet, pick it up and give it to them as a preventive measure while they are still healthy. We plan to test this on our other 3 cats to see if they accept it. just the right thing for your pet to try out. At 27 cents a pill, it's worth a try!
