I like that it's easy enough so anyone can use, even if they have no technical skills at all! It is very intuitive once setup properly which makes things go smoothly from there. The customer support team are amazing too - always willing to help out when needed or just give advice as well. We've been using this software since 2015 but we're still finding new features every now and then (as most SaaS products do). As long as everything works fine in general though nothing really comes across my mind right away. But again great product overall. Great platform for our organization to manage data entry into sales force automation system while providing an interface between employees who need access to information about customers/clients outside their own department through SFDC CRM.
